TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONE TO ONE BOOKINGS

   1. Payment for all bookings must be made in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

   2. Where a package is selected, payment for the complete package must be made in full at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled session.

   3. In the event of an appointment being cancelled by the patient within 24 hours of the scheduled session, we reserve the right to charge in full for the cancelled session, or such cancellation may be subject to an administration charge. In either circumstance, we may exercise our discretion on a case by case basis and no previous exercise of such discretion shall be binding on us in any way.

   4. At your request, we may video your session, and provide you with a link to such recording. You agree that no such video, or any other recording of your session or any part thereof may be published or shared by you by any means and at any time in the future unless otherwise agreed in writing between you and us. We also agree not to make public or share any video or recording or part thereof by any means as may legally be required for the safety of you or others. We reserve the right to take any action as may be appropriate in the event of any unauthorised disclosure under this clause. Video calls would be made via Zoom, which is a safe, encrypted software, which you can use easily from a laptop, tablet or phone but we are not responsible for the connection interference between you and us.

   5. No therapies, nor any guidance we may offer in relation to lifestyle, homework, specific exercises, nutritional advice nor any other modality is intended to be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or disorder.

   6. No therapies, nor any guidance we may offer in relation to lifestyle, homework, specific exercises, nutritional advice nor any other modality are substitutes for advice or treatment from a qualified and authorised medical or other health-care professional. It is always recommended that you consult your medical practitioner.

   7. Your health is your responsibility and we recommend the importance of your personal self-care, especially when undertaking any sort of health treatment, whether main stream, traditional, complementary, holistic or any other modality.
